Welcome To The National Congress of Employers

Employee Rights

Welcome future NCE members and visitors to our website. At NCE we hope to offer our members a holistic view of the rights involved in their relationship with their employers. We hope to inform NCE members about their rights and their legal relationship with their employers throughout their careers, not just when an adverse employment event occurs. We believe that understanding this relationship will better prepare you for any situation.

Of course you must understand that we are not in the business of providing legal advice. All of the information we will make available to you is general in nature and subject to change on a daily basis. We will always attempt to offer timely and accurate information but we do not guarantee the accuracy of any legal information that may appear on our site, nor in any of the sites that we may link to. We always recommend strongly that you consult a licensed attorney familiar with the area of law with which you are dealing in any legal matter. We do hope that the general information and the news regarding employment law and workplace issues will serve to enrich your employment experience and empower you within the workplace.

As we roll out our offerings we hope that you will take the time to consider some of the options we plan to offer, and to be active in the organization always informing us of how we can improve our offerings to assist you. I want to hear from you and you can reach me by clicking CONTACT US HERE Welcome aboard!
