My auto body shop just went under a massive renovation and I want to document it for my customers. I took a ton of pics throughout the process because I knew I could use them to promote the business, but not sure how. What is the best way to do this?

Social media is a great platform to show progress. Daily updates can be automated and your audience will be able to have a play by play of the process.
