In a world where advertisements are nearly everywhere, how can your small business get ahead of the curve and get noticed? Many successful small business owners are finding out that having a social media ad campaign is crucial for a thriving business. Using social media is a great way to build connections with potential customers and get them not only interested but also involved with your business.
When putting together a social media ad campaign, remember to stay visual. Pictures can say a thousand words, and yours should be engaging and relevant. If you own a restaurant, take quality photos of your most crave-worthy dishes. A furniture company should show the trendiest piece. No matter what your business, make your pictures relevant and bold.
Headlines also matter when posting on social media. Click bait type headlines are some of the easiest ways to get traffic while concise titles may net you more actual sales. Make sure that your titles are interesting and truthful. If you are experiencing little to no traffic on your ads, try changing the headline. Make it engaging.
But no matter how engaging your headline or how wonderfully shot your pictures, it won’t create much business if no one sees it. Make sure to post at peak times so that your message can reach your audience. Your post should also focus on quality not quantity. Depending on your viewer base, between 3 and 7 posts a week should be your target range with no more than 1 or 2 well spaced posts in a day.
